Shipping policy

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2) Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes via trusted courier partners.

3) Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities in India: typically [2–5] business days after dispatch.

  • Other cities and towns: typically [3–8] business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or outlying locations: typically [5–10] business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, or uncontrollable events can affect actual delivery dates.

4) Shipping Fees

5) Cash on Delivery

  • You can opt for Cash on Delivery for added convenience at an extra ₹69.

  • COD limits and serviceable pincodes are determined by our courier partners.

  • The courier may contact you prior to delivery to confirm availability at the address.

6) Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

  • Tracking status may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates from the courier.

7) Packaging and Inspection

  • Each product is packed securely to prevent transit damage.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and the unboxing video so we can evaluate and assist.

8) Address Changes and Delivery Attempts

  • Shipping address changes can be requested before dispatch by emailing support. Once dispatched, changes are not guaranteed.

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned. Reshipping can be arranged, and additional shipping charges may apply.

9) Delays and Force Majeure

  • Ornam is not liable for delays caused by courier backlogs, weather, strikes, pandemic restrictions, or other events beyond our control. We will support you in tracking and resolving delays with the courier.

10) Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, notify us within 48 hours. We will raise an investigation with the courier. Resolutions depend on the courier’s findings and insurance coverage.

11) Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

  • Parcels returned as undeliverable or refused will be refunded excluding shipping charges once received and inspected, unless otherwise covered by our Returns Policy. Reshipping can be arranged on request with applicable charges.

12) Multiple-Item Orders

  • Items in a single order may ship separately to speed up delivery. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

13) Public Holidays and Peak Seasons

  • During festivals, sales, or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
