Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window:

Customers may return or exchange their jewellery within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and the tag remains intact.

Damaged or Defective Items:

While we strive to ensure that every product is carefully packaged and shipped in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally arise during transit.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Not what you ordered

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To file a claim, email us at ornam999@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect
• A mandatory unboxing video from the time the package is opened

Once verified, we will offer you one of the following options (based on the situation and stock availability):

• A free replacement of the same item
• A store credit valid for future purchases
• Or a full refund

Note: Items claimed without valid proof (including the unboxing video) will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Return Procedure:

Returns can be initiated through our website or customer support team. Items must be handed over in their original packaging, along with all tags and labels intact.

Refunds:

Refunds are initiated only after the returned jewellery passes our quality inspection at the warehouse. To stay transparent and keep our prices genuine, a ₹100 refund fee applies to all returns, unless it's our fault.

Applicable to Pure Silver Jewellery:

This policy applies exclusively to Ornam’s 92.5% and 99.9% silver jewellery.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalised or customised jewellery are not eligible for return.

Exchange & Replacement:

Exchanges or replacements will be processed once the original item is received in its original condition.

Non-Serviceable Locations:

In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers are requested to ship the product via India Post or a reliable courier.
